Rental Policies
Here are some important guidelines regarding booking the property:
- Minimum stay is two nights and three nights on holidays and in the summer months
- The person who books the property must be over 25
- The property sleeps twenty in beds. Mind you, some of the beds are “full” size and would not be comfortable for two large adults to share
- There is an additional charge for over 20 people of $35/person/night for over 20 people. This includes persons staying in RV’s or camping sites outside the house
Rental Rates
Regular Nightly Rates ~ 2 night minimum
- Monday through Thursday ~$700/night
- Friday through Monday ~ $750/night
There is a cleaning fee of $250/stay and 6% hotel tax
Other Rates and Additions ~ 3 night minimum holidays and summer
- Holidays ~ $800/night ~ Holidays include the week before Christmas through New Years, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
- Heat the Pool fee is $275/night
- Pets Fee ~ $35/pet/night
- Early check in and late check out is available for $100 per occurrence. This is only available when there is not another party checking in our out that same day.
